SERVICES
We at Community Bridges South are proud to serve the Shreveport, Ruston, and Winnfield areas by providing long-term care for adults with intellectual disabilities. Community Bridges South prides itself on being an educational facility where we provide individual learning objectives for those we serve while providing as much independence as possible. In addition, we are able to provide care through community home placements within the 3 regions mentioned above.

DAY PROGRAM
At Community Bridges South we strive to provide our clients with a variety of activities within the agency but more importantly within the communities.

We are currently in the process of planning to reopen our Day Program to pre-Covid standards. We were able to provide all clients access to our Day Program area and activities Monday through Friday while creating an interactive plan that combined Holiday festivities, in house events and activities, as well as activities in the communities such as movies, bowling, or community events.
CLIENTS
The clients who take advantage of the services of Community Bridges South are comprised of adults that are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. The clients are able to utilize a variety of services that we provide at the direction and standards of the Louisiana Health Department and The Office of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities.

ABOUT US
Community Bridges South has served the North Louisiana areas for over 30 years. The main mission of Community Bridges South is to provide resources for adults with intellectual disabilities that are more comparable to the traditional home setting. We are able to offer two varieties of settings through Group Home Programs or Independent Living (Waiver) Programs. Community Bridges South works hand in hand with the Office of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities and the Louisiana Department of Health to provide these programs.
